Temperature measurements according to CQI-9 4th Edition and DIN 17052-1

The CQI-9 4th Edition is the result of the collaboration between the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) in the USA and the AWT Expert Committee 25 in Germany.

The CQI-9 HTSA 4rd Edition places particular emphasis on the following topics:

• Thermocouples (section 3.1)
  
• Instrumentation (Section 3.2)
• System Accuracy Test - SAT - System Accuracy Test (Section 3.3)
• Temperature Uniformity Survey - TUS - Temperature Uniformity Survey (Section 3.4)

The ability to demonstrate that certain procedures for the maintenance and operation of furnaces are followed is important for a successful self-assessment. We train your employees and support you in the following tasks:

• Thermocouple selection, delivery and calibration
  
• Evaluation and calibration or selection of a suitable supplier
• SAT testing with calibrated instruments
• TUS - test with heat protection container and data tracker
